In Keeping with our dedication to the highest standards of customer service, The Jet Centre by I.A.M has engaged the renowned British Butler Institute to provide initial and annual recurrent training for all customer service, operations and housekeeping personnel. Now in its fifth year, the London based institute conducts the intensive training on site across our four FBO facilities.
